Welcome to my website! My name's Karl, and I'm an animator. I finished a degree in computer animation at the National Centre for Computer Animation in Bournemouth, England in 2006, and then spent a gap year travelling abroad (and secretly animating when no one was looking!). Since then I've been working at Framestore, where I've worked on "The Tale of Despereaux", "Where the Wild Things Are", and am currently working on "Avatar".
Here you'll find a selection of my work from the past few years, my showreel, and a small number of tutorials on animating, rigging, and anything else I fancy ranting about. I hope some of it proves useful to you!
